The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remains the property of Daniel Martinez.
Daniel Martinez is committed to optimizing the app's utility and efficiency. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes or introduce charges for services at any time and for any reason. Clear communication will precede any charges for the app or its services.

The Gorg app processes personal data provided by users to deliver its services. Users are responsible for securing their phones and app access. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone may compromise security and app functionality.

User Responsibilities
Certain app functions require an active internet connection. Users are responsible for data costs, and charges imposed by mobile network providers apply. Using the app indicates acceptance of responsibility for associated charges, including roaming data charges.
Users must ensure their devices are charged. Daniel Martinez does not accept responsibility for service disruption due to device issues.
Liability Disclaimer
While efforts are made to ensure the app's accuracy and timeliness, Daniel Martinez relies on third-party information sources. Consequently, Daniel Martinez assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from reliance on app functionality.
App Updates and Termination
Periodic updates may be released. Users must accept updates for continued app use. Daniel Martinez does not guarantee ongoing relevance with your device's operating system. The app may be terminated without notice, ending granted rights and licenses.
Subscriptions
Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Gorg offers a monthly subscription called BBG for an enhanced user experience. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Users are charged the associated fee plus taxes until cancellation. To manage subscriptions, visit your mobile device's account settings or the Apple App Store's Subscriptions tab.
Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends to avoid charges. Access continues through the current billing period.
Payment Process
Subscription payments are processed through Apple ("App Provider"). Users must provide accurate payment information. Gorg is not liable for access suspension due to payment failures.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the App Provider. Gorg does not offer refunds. Canceled subscriptions do not receive refunds or credits for partial access. No refunds are issued for unavailable, defective, or delayed Subscription Features.
Changes to Subscriptions and Features
Gorg reserves the right to change or discontinue subscription plans, features, terms, or pricing at any time. Gorg is not responsible for damages caused by subscription failures or delays.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Changes will be notified by posting updated Terms and Conditions on this page.
